Living the lake life today. I brought cheese sticks, turkey stick, salt & vinegar almonds, celery & raw snap beans to snack on. I also had zero calorie/ carb Monster "dirty Keto" for a treat 😜😜😜
196.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Xappie: Just an FYI: Have you seen "Chomps" at Trader Joe's? They are grass fed beef sticks. 6g fat/9 pro/ zero carbs. Very yummy (I'm not a fan of those Vermont ones).

@Ripp they are really good. You can find them pretty much anywhere. Kroger & Walmart have then. It's Blue Diamond brand. The habanero almonds are good too!

@bluecoaster I'm going to try and make it to TJ & Whole Foods next week when the kids go back to summer school. They drive me crazy when I shop so I just stay close to home!
