I'm pretty excited that I lost 6lbs!!! During the week, I was asking myself why am I doing this? I'll never lose the weight, but I did!!! I'm pretty happy with myself. For this week, my goal is to lose 4lbs.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
