Happy Tuesday, FS buddies! I know, I've been MIA for a few days. No news is good news, right? :D
Work has been moderately busy, and I'm back in my routine after my whirlwind trip to Orlando. Weight is holding mostly steady, up a little/down a little. More and more I'm finding that it's not only how many carbs I eat, but the nature of the carbs that matters.
I hope you're all finding your sweet spots.

Nice drop, Kes! Yes, I'm finding the same. Starchy carbs - as in white flour, rice and pasta are definitely the worse for me. I seem fine on the natural carbs in veg and fruit though.

You're doing very well, Kes 😀 It's easy to overeat on the starchy carbs. Fruit and veg are loaded with water and fibre, so fill you up for fewer calories. Enjoy!

Some of us need to watch for the sugar in the fruits too but the green leafy vegies are great for fiber and potassium.

@HCB, I did have fun! More importantly, I reconnected with my sister for the first time in our adult life. We still have very fundamental differences, but for the first time, we are able to allow them. ♥
