Woohoo! I am definitely on track! Today, I reached a new low of 76.6 kgs - 400 grams under goal. It's good to know that I am on track.

Today is a short weigh-in/journal, as I am celebrating weekend with Wife.

Under goal weight is fantastic but don't do what I did - don't let yourself think this gives you room for manouver! Stay focussed, eyes on the prize :)

DEFINITELY eyes on the prize, Earthlady. :) I am sticking to plan - enjoying my Indulgence Day to the fullest today, and back to "normal" days afterwards. It's very liveable these days, and I enjoy it. I will start easing back towards regular maintenance calorie intake again, after last times "failed" attempt. I simply slacked too much, and thought I could do what I wanted. This time, the plan is to up my calories as I did last time, but make the QUALITY of the extra calories count too. I think last time they basically went straight to the chocolate account. Not good. Instead, I'm thinking of having a little more dinner, lunch and other foods. Not necessarily more bad stuff.
