So, for the past week and a half, weight has been creeping upward. I want to say it is because of muscle gain, but according to my stupid "Smart Scale" muscle mas has actually decreased and body fat is up.
On another note, I finally got my Adderall refilled after not having it for two weeks. I hate to think that my weight loss success was due to a side effect of my ADHD meds and not the better eating habits and eight hours I spend in the gym each week.
If I am back down next week I guess I will have my answer: I cheat.
