Another day of maintaining. At least I'm stable, not going up or down. But, since I've been really good it would be nice to see the scale go down again 😊 Maybe tomorrow.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
