Damselfly's Journal, 01 March 2010

Standing on the scale, watching the numbers blink by brings it's own thrill, no matter what the end product. I have a nifty glass digital machine that is just a pleasure. The result today is not so much cause for celebration as a reminder of the path I have chosen. I seem always to get to this point then head back. I am hopeful that more diligence in recording the process will constrain my foot on the reduction path.
243.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

There is no way my food journal is going to be accurate. I make my own muffins which are high fiber low fat with flax seed, cranberries and zucchini. I have recorded my dinner at work in advance as Mondays are tough around meals. I think I will have a scrambled egg and deli flat before I rest for work and remove the soup until tomorrow. But what meal do I call that?

Hi Damselfly! I don't know what meal to call that, but I'd call the muffins delicious! I want to make some, especially with the zucchini and cranberry and flax...and I think I'll add nuts, too. mmmm!!
