I really love the Reformer Pilates classes I have been taking weekly. However, I have been reluctant to workout at home. Most days I am too tired. Since I am positive I will feel stronger with more work, I am committed to get back in the game. Besides, I really want to teach again.

long day yesterday as i got very little sleep. too excited aobut my new phone's arrival. had to listen for delivery. spent way to much time thinking about it to rest and finally got up to tend errands. great workout at the gym though my legs were achy even before i started. lower incline on the treadmill and worked to exhaustion on the ad/abductor machines. stretches with lounges and then back home to work on the app situation. found the app for fat secret but the bar code scan could not find the page. will try again form home. I am incrediblly excited about being able to scan my food in directly. slower night at work so i have had time to think a bit more. oh, my weight...up for the doctor, but i am only going to use my scale and only after a good sleep cycle. carb situation will have to pass. i am a carb grrl!

went to the rhuemotologist tuesday morning. that delayed my getting to bed but fell asleep soon after. am expecting a package and felt like i needed to listen for the delivery but left a note to knock loudly hoping i would hear. woke up to run errands and then made it to the gym. worked on increased incline and speed. stretched and spent a good amount of time relaxing in the sauna. glass of wine with dinner and then back to sleep after a ahower. slept well and back at work. i am so looking forward to sleeping this morning. then again, i got a message with my ups tracking #...hmm...
