Thanks you guys. I'm in it for the long haul. There have really only been 3 things I've struggled with since starting the BLE plan back in November: Wine, Popcorn, and Chocolate. Having to face down 2 trigger foods in the same place at the same time felt almost impossible but it's interesting how a changed mindset and having the right tools for the battle make a difference. Now to figure out how I will survive the upcoming Film Festival weekend. Yikes! Popcornpalooza...
