I first crossed the 300 lb line in 1996. I knew I had been putting on the extra weight during college and as I began my "desk job" but I was still amazed I had gained 100 lbs in just 5 years. I decided I had to lose weight and spent the next 10 years bouncing between 295 and 305, going as low as 278 in early 2004.

Then, in 2005, with a new baby on the way I lost my job and quit caring about my weight. I crossed the 300 lb line and stayed there until today, AND I WILL NEVER CROSS IT AGAIN.

Good bye 300s ... 100s I am coming for you!
294.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 114.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
