I can't believe how well Keto works for me. I am dropping weight and lowering my sugars, I am so thankful for the internet (who knew) and people who posted all the tips and videos on the Keto WOE. Yesterday, I used my air fryer (wonderful invention) and made some seasoned chicken thighs with crisp skin and Brussels Sprouts with panchetta. When I finished I was content and didn't feel deprived like I was on one of the diets of the past. I've had some horrid, bland poached chicken - trust me last night's was MUCH better. :-) My sugars today 103 - I think if we finish moving the MIL and I get back to my exercise (instead of packing) routine I'll be back in the 90's. Cough Cough. Shh, don't tell anyone, but since I'm so busy on the weekends lately, I'm taking off a sick day Monday to make some Keto friendly pasta! My pasta maker got here yesterday. :-)
