Nice job Kathy...I'm too cheap to do DEXA, I use a mirror, clothes fit and also compare pics from month to month to track BF% changes. :-)

Thank you! I am actually blessed to be able to get the DEXA here for an incredibly reasonable price. But since it is an imaging machine they don't like you to do it too often. It is the most accurate method to measure body fat loss and muscle gain
