Have been back at gym this week...but lastnight was a rather lazy session. Muscles really sore this morning though so I am surprised that I showed a loss this!!! Happy with it though!!
171.7 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
