today i start P2! i hope this works- i will add sweet potato first- nervous, but thinking positive
161.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.4 lb a week

Look at your chart - way to go! I discovered roasted sweet potatoes - yum - slice into strips, toss in a ziploc bag with EVOO and shake. Spread single layer on a foil lined baking sheet - season with Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper and Roast at 425 for about 30 minutes - turning halfway to brown evenly. DELICIOUS!

You are doing so well!! The sweet potato is really good if you put a little flax oil on it with some cinnamon...yum! I'm sure that you will continue to do well on phase 2. Just remember that your weight loss may slow down a bit, but that's okay, it is supposed to. Keep up the great work!

thanks for all the well wishes-& I need them: I was so nervous the first day that I actually forgot my bedtime LLC. Yesterday I tried having the CW in two doses (LLC) and drinking water through the day, but i didn't like it- the LLC were too strong, and the water tasted so weird. So today, I'm back to 64 oz of CW

Watch the pepper on your sweet potatos...pepper is actually on the forbidden list. I too drink Cw all day long!

no pepper, but tanks for reminding me- did you finish the hmc> Lt me know when you do that again & I will do it with you- my first time, so i will need help & maybe that will keep you on track too! b
