I always was slim except i gained huge weight both pregnancys- the lost it. But now, I am past 50, was sick, then stress, meds, and more meds got me to the highest weight ever. I tried so many ways to drop pounds, but nothing- i even gained while trying to lose! I was motivated by weebeeme's history to read the fat flush diet & it made total sense to me- I am trying to detox all the meds, and drop these pounds that surround me. I've been doing this for 4 days, and find all the juice water is intense. It's producing results though, so i am staying with this for as long as i can.

i love the chocolate as well- BUT you are supposed to onlky have chocolate 2x a week- the vanilla actually is good and i usually don't lkke vanilla. the shipping is very reasonable at unikey- i think it's only $ 7.50 if you call in your orders

Shopping Suggestions
What is the big rush? I don't think you should drive to austin yet. I think you should wait for your book and read it first. You will end up buying too much of the wrong things and it's quite expensive, A few days is not going to hurt- just do what was recommended -eliminate whites (sugar & flour) and caffeine- it is rediculous to think you've picked up enough to follow the plan. Believe me, it's not that simple. wait for your book & supps, then start next week after you read it. You will end up buying the tong things otherwise. the book lays out brands, kinds of foods, etc. please do yourself a favor and wait for your book.
