ok, so this is how it goes.
3 weeks ago, I could not make it to my meeting, so I weighed myself at home. Well, the scale said I was 182. So I went with that. A week later, I went to my meeting and it said I was 184, which is what I was the last time I went to a meeting. I decided to leave it as 182 on here so that it would not look like I had gained weight when in reality, my scale is aff by 2 pounds. I then went to my weeting this week and I was down to 183. Which is good cause that means I am down a pound (yeah me!!). So, I thought it would look not as bad on here if it looked like I had only gained a pound when in fact I had lost one.
Well as long as that is sorted out, I can go about my day. lol
This week so far as been pretty good. I have done a lot of walking as I still have no car that I feel comfortable driving and I refuse to ride my bike in the snow. Mon-wed I walked anywhere from 20 mins to 2 hours worth. I am quite pleased with myself and I know it will be a positive thing as my upper legs are a bit sore today. Got to keep it up if I want to keep it off!!
