no change this week. Same as last week. Which I guess is all right, better then gaining. I am gonna start back at the gym next week, though I wonder how well that is going to go considering we had our first REAL snow fall last night and I doubt it's going to get better any time soon. This is an issue only because I am still riding my bike home from work and I am still unable to drive the truck. I am hoping to remedy that soon. I think I will also include my measurements as it has been a while since I have done that last.
