Been riding the upswing of the weight pendulum, but finally better enough to get back to it.

Glad you're feeling better. Not to worry you'll lose that again in the blink of an eye, well anyway I am not sure exactly how many blinks it takes, but I've heard people talking about blinking diets and I'm sure enough blinks will do it. :D Good luck and have fun.
