Dr told me my cholesterol is out of control. I am overweight and I need to lose weight and exercise now. My mom just had her four angiogram. She has five stents and now has a blockage that may need to be cleared by bypass.
I don't want that for myself, so I am going to do whatever it takes to get my weight under control.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
