Little disappointed in the scale - can't seem to get below 147.5, and today I'm up a bit (sad face). Yeah, I know the old argument against weighing yourself daily, how people can stress over a half pound, but I do it anyway. I'm trying to not let it get me down - usually I do something counterproductive, like get a donut on the way to work, but today I stayed strong. I must admit, I've probably not been 100% honest on the food tracking, but sometimes you don't know the exact calorie count and just take a guess. Today I will try to stay more honest on tracking & stay within the calorie count I've given myself. Oh yeah, and make it to the gym tonight. Last night hubby & I went out to eat, I had a cheeseburger (it was a small one), then I hauled out some trash when we got home, quite a bit of it. Then I decided to skip the gym & watch a bit of TV. I did do some stretching & toning, mostly squats & ab work, so not a total loss. Oh well, today's another day!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
