Back to tracking again. Kind of took a few days off from that, mostly because I had a headcold - and when I've got a headcold I tend to eat for comfort. Yeah, that's bad, and my weight's up a bit because of that. But yesterday I felt better, so I walked for about an hour on a treadmill & did some ab work. Today I start back with the Jazz Ensemble after work, so I must track AND get some walking done on my breaks. Yep, hopefully I'll be back down to 147.5 by Wednesday, and maybe even down another lb. by the weekend - that's my goal!
