Been working out at the gym and feel GREAT! I don't know why I fall into behaviors that sabotage my efforts... It feels so good when I do what I know I should do!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
