This has to be the biggest single weight loss I have ever had. I actually had to take my old scale to verify what the new scale was saying and they came up 100g different so I took the higher weight. What this shows me is that bodies get used to diets. If you have a look at my last 2 weeks I have been eating a lot including carbs then yesterday I started the diet. So long story short I will not be cutting my calories drastically but will eat as many calories as I can whilst burning fat. Someone told me recently that the body is like a furnace, too little coal or fasting and metabolism slows down so you get little results from great efforts which is no good. Too much fuel and you just get smoke and are sluggy and body deposits fat.So I will be tweaking things as I go as to optimal quantities that my body requires. Hit the Gym last night and struggled royally. Only did 10 sets of exercises of which 4 where easy which is poor. I guess that is better than sitting in front of the TV. Getting back into it and increasing my research as I want to loose weight in the most efficient manner but without killing myself. My formula is Planning+Research lets Great Effort = Great results. I do not want to be spinning my wheels. Anyway off to enjoy another day.
