Happy I lost weight. My lack of sleep is beginning to catch up with me. I am re-evaluating my fitness plan as I have not done as much as I thought. Thanks to FS I can reflect everyday and take action before major items go wrong.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 110.9 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
