weight still hovering in spite of watching intake and increasing exercise...I'm worried about loss of muscle mass do to the weight routine being lighter due to recovery
226.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
