my weight loss is minimal. I hope to see change and weight loss soon. I am getting frustrated.
261.2 lb Lost so far: 59.8 lb.    Still to go: 116.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

867 kcal Fat: 26.53g | Prot: 93.23g | Carb: 70.80g.   Breakfast: Pure Almond Milk - Original, ON 100% Whey, truvia - nature's calorie-free sweetener (40 3.5g packets), Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Light Ranch Dressing, Mushrooms, tuna, Cos or Romaine Lettuce. Dinner: Black Beans, Asparagus (Drained Solids, Canned), Cut Green Beans, Chicken Breast, Chicken Stock. Snacks/Other: sugar free parfait, Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Fudge Lites No Sugar Added, Atkins Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar. more...
