WOW!! I lost 5 lbs. i'm excited & nervous because it went to quick. I had to jump on and off the scale to make sure it was right. Is that possible?
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Possible...just remember, the first week of loss, is more often than not, water loss; as your body detoxes. Nonetheless, it's still a loss, and puts you on the road to success...you will only fail if you try to keep up that pace week after week. I often go 10 days without a loss at all. So hang tight, it will work. Best wishes...

Thx i'll remember that. it makes sense and yeah it's true it will put me on the road to success because i feel motivated.

Yea, not really a surprising amount, but like use said, don't expect it to continue at that rate.
