I have been so unmotivated lately. I've been drinking tons of soda except for yesterday. Today is day one of no soda. And I've started back my exercise. 30 minutes of walking with Will and 20 minutes of Pilates. Now I'm sweaty and gross. I hate that I'm not motivated enough. I really want to lose weight without having to rejoin Weight Watchers because I have so much debt to pay off and I want all the extra money I have to go toward that goal. But if I continue to not do well on my own, I'll join WW. I'm just hoping I have it in me to lose weight with Fat Secret.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
