Hi, I'm Amber. I'm 22 and I joined this site weighing 180. I am still basically there, always within 3 pounds. My goal is 145, and it feels impossible. Hopefully I can stay motivated enough to stick with my healthy lifestyle and food journal for good. Oh, and I'm basically doing low calorie. Just staying under 1500 is my goal right now. When I stick with that for awhile, I'll add more specifics.

How many calories do you have daily?
When I did the RDI calculation through Fat Secret, it said I need like 2300 calories a day to lose weight moderately. That seems like a lot. Right now, I put my RDI at 2100 but it doesn't seem low enough compared to what I always hear about low calorie diets. I just want to know what everyone else has a day. I'm 23 and want to lose about 45 pounds. Am I having too many calories?
