Hi, I'm Amber. I'm 22 and I joined this site weighing 180. I am still basically there, always within 3 pounds. My goal is 145, and it feels impossible. Hopefully I can stay motivated enough to stick with my healthy lifestyle and food journal for good. Oh, and I'm basically doing low calorie. Just staying under 1500 is my goal right now. When I stick with that for awhile, I'll add more specifics.
