Weights gone the other way no real explanation had a huge Lunch/Dinner 1300Cals + but it was a healthy meal. I started doing some resistance bands exercises yesterday and turns out they are pretty effective. Going back to the Gym today will see how I go.
246.3 lb Lost so far: 93.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
