Down another 4.5 lbs and measurements are down with the exception of three. But overall I have lost 94lb an 58 inches total. I am a happy camper about that.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
