Well here I am again, still staying the same. All I seem to be losing is my weekly fees at WW. I am seriously considering doing this on my own. At least I would save money not going to WW.
Can I be anymore down on myself??????????
146.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

don't be so down on yourself. What kind of foods are you eating? Are you eating all of your fruits and veggies? I find that if I use my points for snack foods instead of good for me foods I don't lose weight. Are you writing down all of your BLTs (bites, licks and tastes)? Also I just noticed that if I eat 1 TLC granola bar it is 2 points, but if I eat 2 it equals 6!!!

we all get down sometimes but you got to lift yourself up and decide if you like going to the meetings and does it make you want to lose more or could you still lose it with out paying the fees? You have to do this for you and only you!

i know it sucks to pay for meetings and not lose...last week i gained .5 and thought, "next week i am definately losing!!" but this week i just maintained! going to the meetings and having to show someone else my progress really motivates me...i am going to start exercising this week and writing everything down nice and neat.....so if i don't lose they can tell me what i'm doing wrong! don't give up on the meetings, i think they're an important part of the program......at least for me they help. just think of how bad you want this for yourself!..=)
