knee hurts, feet hurt, legs ache...stooooopid weather, krispy creams at work...'tis eating season again.

ho,ho,ho (and expensive too with three ho's )
215.0 lb Lost so far: 29.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

It get's better. You can do it. I'm not looking forward to all the food this season either. Eeep!

my absolute lowest yet has been 206 (even have a pic to prove it), then started to creep back up....hit 220 again and now coming back down. everytime I go up, I physically feel crappy, kinda globby and sluggish.

I know how you feel Jerrymiller, since my 20 pound weight gain while I have been off work with shoulder issues, it seems every joint aches, especially my knees. My short body isn't use to being this heavy. I have found that since I have dropped 7 pounds and have cut out all bread and sugars that I have been less achey
