Haven't been doing much but the scale said I lost some more weight.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

If you have the time for a gym, I have always followed this book called The Sculpting Bible for Women, It shows you how to sculpt your body with weight training. I am in the same boat with you, I want to lose some pounds before my birthday 11-17. Good Luck, its all in the mind.
