Ok I definetly not been working out. I went to tallahasse for the weekend to visit my college friends and I had McD's, wendy's, whatabuger, and pizza hut. I mean they don't cook! All they eat is junk food. What an excuse right? I'm gonna go play basketball with my boyfriend tonite so hopefully that'll help get me back on track.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Nicole, You have to fight the urge to eat the wrong foods. It is okay to have a burger if you eat a salad instead of the fries and drink water. You can also opt for a salad at Pizza Hut. Next time bring your own food even if you have to go shopping when you get there. Eat a salad or a piece of fruit before going out to eat to diminish your appetite. Go out dancing or walking with your friends to help you burn off those extra calories. Please don't think I am trying to be hard on you. I may need you to give me the same advice one day. Stick with it.
