730 kcal Fat: 34.62g | Prot: 39.16g | Carb: 63.39g.   Breakfast: coburn farms american cheese, great value naturally decaf green tea, coburn farms large scrambled eggs, weber kick'n chicken seasoning. Lunch: buddig oven roasted cured chicken breast, shelbys grove lite fruit cocktail, 1/2 kraft mayo, 1/2 water, lettuce,  square saltine crackers. Dinner: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, buddig oven roasted cured chicken breast. Snacks/Other: vanilla wafers. more...
