pandasmom's Journal, 19 September 2016

Well, I knew this weekend was going to be a little hard, and it was -- Saturday would have been my 50th wedding anniversary, and MH had really wanted to be able to celebrate it. I spent a while at the cemetery, then went to church and out to dinner with friends, as usual. I am grateful to those friends who keep me mostly grounded, and I did well at dinner -- however, I did give in and have 1/2 of a small Frosty for dessert. And yes, I enjoyed it!! Together with not keeping up with my walking, I have a slight "bump up" so need to get back to work on everything this week!!

Do what you can to make it to the next day and be able to stay on track. That was a rough day for you and in my opinion you did good.
