Happy Monday all!

Have been losing less weekly, I am thinking because of the workouts and weightlifting, maybe more is turning to muscle and not showing the loss on the scale as much. I know clothes sure are not fitting well these days. Trying to hold off as long as I can to buy new clothes because I have so much more to lose.

173.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm filling in wardrobe gaps with stuff from Goodwill. I find really good stuff at my local one! At $4.99 for a pair of pants, they can be disposable. ;) Green arrows are always good. Keep up the good work!

I held out for months being stubborn! Now have had to re-wardrobe 3 times since FEB! HAH! Love the Goodwill! "It was 99 cents"

The real killer! Angie took me to get pants and stuff last week, but, (5 2 ima coming) I tried on some 36 shorts (closet) this weekend!! HAH little tight but doable!! MAN!! I thought getting into a 38 was emotional(see journal) dang, I felt the tears again but held them back this time! 48 to 36 in 8 months! This life CAN be GREAT AGAIN! You keep up the FANTASTIC work, you will PERSEVERE and achieve all you want!!

That all sounds very positive the belt notches and how clothes fit is a much better measure of progress then the scale. Keep up the great work

I wore my favorite pants to work today, and had to keep hitching them up because my hips won't hold them up any more. They felt like wide leg pants, because there was so much room in them! And, either I'm getting shorter, or taking up less girth made them longer, because the hems kept getting caught under my heels. LOL! "Butter makes your pants fall off!"
