I just did my InBody scan and I have successfully reached my 8 week goal and lost a total of 23.2 kg of which 22Kg was fat, 800g muscle and 500ml water. I am extremely pleased with this result. I will now change my strategy for the next 5 weeks to try and get my metabolism back so I will only be aiming to get to 120kg which equates to a weigh loss of 3.3kg. I will then reevaluate my strategy at that point. The last 2 months have been very challenging for me however I feel good and I thank fatsecret and its forum members
