I just did my InBody scan and I have successfully reached my 8 week goal and lost a total of 23.2 kg of which 22Kg was fat, 800g muscle and 500ml water. I am extremely pleased with this result. I will now change my strategy for the next 5 weeks to try and get my metabolism back so I will only be aiming to get to 120kg which equates to a weigh loss of 3.3kg. I will then reevaluate my strategy at that point.
The last 2 months have been very challenging for me however I feel good and I thank fatsecret and its forum members
271.8 lb Lost so far: 67.9 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Guys as we all know it is a hard road to lose weight and it is one of those things where Rome is not built in one day. I found that putting a goal and actions helped me to get there. Got it wrong a few times but overall I knew what I needed to do. Also support from the forum helped in terms of added accountability.
