Wow, always nice to see your team get embarrassed on national TV. The youngest team in football looked totally "out of sorts" and inconsistent, as usual. Better look improved next week at home. They should have three key players back, hopefully. My weight is the same, and will fast, a bit. Everyone, have a nice day!

259.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Funny, the air conditioning guy was trying to get a picture for advertising with my dog. My dog tried to bite him. I felt bad and gave the guy a watch. He was sooooo happy. Guy is back today to clean air ducts. Alergies!
