Why you don't lose weight?
im just saying (and im sorry for hitting the Post-button, i thought i deleted)

1. im just saying there IS a thing as the starve-mode!
2. You DO have to eat less then you use in order to lose weight.

i AM eating healthy. Just my body is making the most of that food.
Meaning it wont keep me warm anymore (so my usage is brought down by my body, so i must eat even less now to make a deficit)
So if i could somehow trick my body into keeping me warm and using the fat on my hips, i could eat a little more to make the same deficit.

So if miss felipema has the golden tip on how to up your metabolism, without spoiling my hardearned weightloss, i'm all ears.
Also when miss spacey48 can explain how simple this journey really is, and just give me a day to day figure so i can eat 500 less... without spoiling my hardearned muscles (i can cycle 120km a day for 21 days in a row) do the math for me!

In the end the surgery is looking more and more appealing!!!

If i where you, life would be so simple. For i struggle hard, and you are blind!

Its so easy to correct the flaws of another, explaining why their struggle will never work. It is so easy to wallow in selfpitty, trying your best to explain why all your struggles dont give the wanted result.

While all the time you know as much of my struggles as you know of your own flaws!

hang in there Sandy! You are your own chemical experiment, and no-one else can tell you what to do!
