I have not even tried eating healthy and I am paying for it. Today my goal is to get the right foods, and get prepared, and begin in the morning. No waiting till Monday, I am starting tomorrow. My body does not like me eating the bad foods. All the aches and pains and problems have come back. I don't even enjoy eating the bad foods like I thought I would when I couldn't have them. I need to remember this when I want something..hehe. I am also going to measure, since I know its bad. My clothes are telling me that it is time to stop complaining and do what it takes to get healthy.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   gaining 1.7 lb a week

Yep, food is medicine. You will feel better when you feed your body and mind the right stuff. Be well!

I too have to keep the memory of how bad I feel, the joint problems and the depression, that comes with not eating properly. It has helped these last two days of stress I have been under. Have not succumbed. We can do this!
