Tory-Shinra's Journal, 28 August 2016

I've been completly off the train the whole summer. Whenever my boyfriend was at home (and he was there like 95% of the time), I was feeling like eating a lot and not exercising, but instead, doing whatever else and playing video games with him. I don't blame him for that at all, I was the one who wasn't motivated while he tried to encouraged me. I felt like I needed this timeout of my 'losing weight journey' so I could come back more energized, motivated and not too tired of doing this (and after this little break, things are not going so bad !! :P). Soon the work/school routine will be back for everyone in the house and I will jump back into this train! Tomorrow, it will be one year ago that I first came on FatSecret to start my journey, I am not quite where I wanted to be but I am still far away from where I started, which I am really proud of. I hope that this second year will be as productive as the one who just ended was!


To finish, a little bit of motivation! - These pictures show a bit of my journey ; on the left, this is me 2 years ago and on the right, this is me from this summer ; 25lbs away from each other ! :D

You look great! Summer time is the season to enjoy, eat out, relax and spend time with our loved ones. Life's journey and living is more than losing weight, counting calories and perpetual hunger (we all love to eat!). So enjoy the rest of summer for when fall/winter befalls us all, we can come back to our weight loss with vengeance!
