I'm super happy about this loss because I actually went up to 96.3kg after my initial weigh-in and now I've lost 2kgs in 10 days :D Just the encouragement I need to make it through the weekend without eating (too) badly
207.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
