After having 2 kids in 2 years I want to be a healthier version of myself. It has proven to be harder to get back to eating right this second time what with how hectic my life is revolving around the babies. But I want to be healthier and comfortable in my skin so I will try my level best and not guilt myself into a downward spiral when I make a mistake.

that's the right spirit SimMash...just take it day by day...if you feel for some junk food/unhealthy...have it, enjoy it and then make the next meal healthier. in the end its all about balance.wishing you all the best on your weight loss journey- know you can do it!
