Well after about 6 weeks of vacation, I feel pretty good I didn't make the 2 pound loss a week but I did good and last night was epic fail, small pizza and I ate half of it. dang it... I went and head and charted the entire piece of cheesecake even though I didn't eat quite half. I found I couldn't do it way to sweet. Which is a good thing. Feels so good to be back and on track. Last night was a cheat night and it was worth it every bit of it. I am so excited though I just boxed up 3 boxes of clothes that are size 16 and they don't fit. I have some of my 14's that are baggy. My goal is to be in a 12 for my trip to Canada. I have about 2 months before I leave so I think it is achievable Goal.
