I've had so many let downs trying to lose weight. I've finally found what works for me and the pounds seem to be falling off! Low carb is the way to go for me and I'm sticking with it. So excited with my weight loss so far.
263.4 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1314 kcal Fat: 100.11g | Prot: 67.08g | Carb: 33.09g.   Breakfast: Land O'Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream, Sweeteners (Splenda Packets, Sucralose), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Red Lobster Tartar Sauce, Red Lobster Shrimp Your Way Fried Shrimp, Red Lobster Shrimp Your Way Scampi, Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Kroger Eggs (Large), Bacon (Cured, Broiled, Pan-Fried or Roasted, Cooked). more...
