Lost those 4 lbs. I had rediscovered over the holidays and 1 extra to go along with it...what a great way to start the weekend! The 30 minutes of exercise each day and sticking to the Phase 1 eating plan has really paid off.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.8 lb a week

I love to do Leslie Sansone's You Can Do Pilates, so I usually do that at least every other day. Since it's only about 15 minutes long I also do one of the DVD's that McDonald's was giving out a while back if you bought a salad. I have the cardio one and the strength one. They are each 15 minutes also, so I add one of them with the pilates. I've also given yoga a shot for the first time this week...I did enjoy it, it was very relaxing. I also like to get different videos/dvds from the library to try out different things. I figure if I don't like it, no harm done since it didn't cost me anything!

Excrise is great, I excrise 6 days week and it starting to show...way to go !!!!

You gave me a great idea...the library!!! I'm going to check out their exercise DVD's next time I'm there with my little guy. Thanks & congrats on the loss. Way to go!!!
