whoooop new lowest weigh-in and managed to lose all that weight I had put back on. Feeling good just need to keep hold of that feeling and positive to get me back on track and get rid of this weight.
Hope everyone is having a good day x
215.8 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Grap that good feeling and hold it tight. Savor it. Remember how it feels. This way you can easier pull it out and use it if you need it later on. Really! This works! Well done on a new low - I know you will do good and see plenty more on your journey!
