CRAP!!!...where did that half a pound come from...feel OK except for the pain of my body falling apart...clothes fit, look good...so, I stick with it!!!
227.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
